Serves as President and General Manager of Waterproofing & Construction Solutions LLC. Mr. Chinners has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years, starting his career working hands-on in various trades ranging from general construction, custom homebuilding, and residential roofing. Having over 20 years experience in sales for numerous construction companies, he has played a key role in building our sales force. As a principal owner of Waterproofing & Construction Solutions LLC and its various subsidiary companies- Lone Star Roofing, Welding & Construction of Texas, LSR Commercial and LSR Residential, he has managed both the operations and expansion areas of service within the company. Mr. Chinners works closely with our financial, sales, marketing, and operations departments. His career has been very focused over the past 15 years in the multi-family industry and has expanded Lone Star’s market to reach most of the large metropolitan areas throughout the state of Texas. Most of his education and industry expertise has resulted from hands-on experience working closely with numerous commercial and residential roofing industry leaders. Mr. Chinners has brought innovative thinking in establishing a service and dispatch division that very few traditional roofing companies have. Lone Star is one of the first companies to provide a fleet of roof repair service technicians covering most major markets throughout Texas.

Taylor Willingham

His firm represents numerous D/FW contractors regarding insurance fair claim settlement practices, and his expertise lies in construction law. He will be speaking from a point of authority (legal) at the summit and how his firm can assist roofing contractors moving forward.
Mr. Willingham’s undergraduate degree is from Utah State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences. While at Utah State, he played for the USU rugby team, was a member of USU Supreme Court, and was second runner-up for Mr. USU. He met his wife, Julie Budge, at Utah State University and they were married December 27, 2003.
Taylor attended law school at Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas and also received a Masters in Personal Finance. While in law school, he formed a Real Estate company. He also worked for Tombs & Maxwell, PLLC as a law clerk. He worked mainly with personal injury victims, and estate planning clients. Currently, Mr. and Mrs. Willingham have three boys: Dallin, Ka’i, and Tayson who have taught them the true joy of living a happy life.

The IRC Summit has been a vision of Jacob’s for quite some time. Jacob Krahl founded Elite Consulting Pro with the purpose of bringing professional, standardized “storm restoration sales training” to roofing contractors across the US.
