With 20 years of experience as a public adjuster, Luis Esteves is the Regional Director in charge of sales and adjusting for Adjusters International’s Texas and Colorado operations. Esteves handles between $80-$100 million dollars in losses annually, and has extensive experience with adjusting complex claims for large commercial real estate companies, manufacturing facilities, entertainment venues, multi-family properties, school districts and hospitals.
With an extensive background in construction, Esteves oversees the larger complex losses where construction methodology and engineering knowledge are crucial to the correct settlement of the claim. In addition, many of these claims include significant business interruption components. Esteves has successfully managed this type of claim for casinos, racetracks, hospitals and school systems.
Luis has been at the forefront of many hurricane and catastrophic recovery efforts, lending his expertise to clients in the aftermath of the most devastating of storms, including hurricanes Andrew, Floyd, Isabel, Georges, Charlie, Frances, Katrina, Rita, Gustav, Ike and most recently Sandy.

Additional Professional Experience
Esteves has worked as project manager on several pharmaceutical construction projects. His firm was the principal entity working all the waterproofing divisions during the construction of the Urban Train, the largest single government infrastructure project in the island of Puerto Rico.
